Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Are the four P110M units one four-outlet adapter?
No. The exact 4-pack route and package image show four separate one-outlet plugs. Each unit has its own physical location, setup and appliance rating.
Explore this need in the finder →Will this package connect to Apple Home?
The product route lists Apple Home through Matter. A compatible Matter controller is needed; do not assume the Tapo energy dashboard is mirrored in Apple Home.
Explore this need in the finder →Can I place one in a damp or outdoor receptacle?
No. TP-Link states that the P110M should not be used in damp environments or outdoors; it is an indoor plug.
Explore this need in the finder →Assessment basis: this is a document-based review of TP-Link's US Tapo P110M four-pack route. I have not installed, measured, operated or load-tested these units. The selected route, page package field and official route image identify four plugs, unlike the separate P110M base route whose catalogue card indicates a two-pack but whose generic package field conflicts. Confirm the exact retail offer before ordering; this assessment is not a listing or stock check.
A four-pack of Matter-capable single plugs
Each P110M controls one outlet. Four plugs can address four separate appliances, but they remain four independently rated devices, not a single 60 A controller. The P110M's notable feature set combines Tapo-app energy reporting and routines with a manufacturer-documented Matter path to Apple Home, Alexa, Google Assistant and SmartThings. Matter is an optional ecosystem bridge, not a claim that the plug is native to every app or that all app features are identical. In particular, the checked materials establish energy monitoring through Tapo, not the display of energy data in Apple Home or another Matter controller's app. TP-Link's instructions describe setting up the device on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi through Tapo, with Bluetooth used during setup, and adding it to a compatible Matter controller/app. A controller is required for the third-party path. The support page's default hardware revision and the revision named in a linked datasheet do not prove which version a seller ships, so check the printed product marking and version-specific instructions for the exact unit.Load-class ceilings remain per plug
For this US route, the product materials specify up to 15 A / 1,800 W for general/resistive use, a 1/6 hp maximum motor rating and an 8 A incandescent limit. These figures are not alternatives from which the buyer can pick the largest number; the connected load determines which restriction is relevant. They also do not combine across the four units. A 1,800 W resistive ceiling does not authorize an incandescent appliance above its separate 8 A maximum, and a motor needs its horsepower and appliance-manufacturer checks rather than a simple wattage comparison. Verify each device's nameplate and wiring instructions, including startup demand. Indoor-only use is an explicit boundary. These are not plugs for outdoor receptacles, damp areas or weather exposure. There is a material size uncertainty: the TP-Link category dimensions conflict with the product specification and support-linked datasheet. Since the published measurements do not agree, I do not use a numeric body size to claim an outlet fit. Measure the actual plug and surrounding space, including an adjacent receptacle, cover plate, connected cord and the access needed to unplug or reset it.What the app features do—and do not—mean
The product materials list energy monitoring, weekly schedules, countdown/Auto-Off, Away Mode and charge-guard functions. Energy graphs and rate-based estimates are reported app features, not an independently validated meter reading or guaranteed savings. Choose Tapo if those documented reports are central to the purchase, and configure any automation only after checking that it suits the appliance. TP-Link also says the Tapo app can access a configured device on the local home network during an internet outage. This does not establish remote control without internet, access without a functioning local Wi-Fi network, or identical offline support in Matter apps or voice assistants.Who might choose four
The four-pack may suit someone who has several separate indoor loads within the P110M's distinct limits and wants to deploy the same Tapo/Matter feature set in more than one room. A smaller pack may be a better way to verify the seller's package, outlet clearance and app workflow before buying multiples, especially because this model family has conflicting package data on the base route. Do not buy it for outdoor use, a load outside the class limits, assured third-party energy reporting or a shared package-level electrical capacity. Check each box count, exact US model/revision, appliance rating and room-by-room clearance. An empty exact-name CPSC query is only a dated, scoped search result; it does not certify safety. This review is based on manufacturer material and visual inspection of the exact four-plug route image only. It does not imply personal use, consumer tests, reliability results, measured dimensions or knowledge of a seller's current inventory.Key specifications
